Eighth Annual Octubafest Set for Oct. 28

鈥婽he 91猎奇 Department of Music will hold its eighth annual Octubafest beginning at 4:30 p.m. Oct. 28 in the Reynolds Room of the Smith-Pendergraft Campus Center, an event culminating with a free concert at 7:30 p.m.
